1. Payments

Payments can be in cash, PayPal or Billpocket
Exchange rate for US dollar is $ 18 Mexican pesos
When paying with PayPalwe consider a commission service of 5% of the total amount
For special classes or events, we ask for a deposit of half of the final price to book the date. ( See refund to see the conditions of refund)

2. Class scheduling

Classes can be scheduled the latest 24 hours before class
If you have a package, each following class will be scheduled at the end of the class

3. Services included during the class or for the class

4. Place of classes

Classes will be held at home or at a place you want without extra charge within a radius of 10 km from the center of each city or town
We have outdoor space for COVID -19 issues, in which classes can be held

5. Cancellations

In case of contracting a package of several classes, you could reschedule once for free 24 hours before the class, later the class will be charged
You can cancel classes due to force majeure with the option to reschedule if there are spaces available or make a refund. You will have to prove this force majeure situation with a supporting document.
You can reschedule classes within 48 hours, considering the availability of schedules for that purpose

6. Refund

You will get a refund if you cancel the class 3 days before the agreeded date.
In case of cancellation before the 3 days of anticipation, we will receive a refund of the deposit or price you paid.
In case of cancellation after the 3 days of anticipation, we will not refund anything, we can postpone the classe according to our availabilities.
In case of rain or weather issues, the class will be postponed to another date.

7. Requirements and recommendations

Bring comfortable clothes (sports)
Bring tennis shoes, it is possible to wear socks if the floor allows it
It is recommended not to carry out the activity in case of severe limb injuries
Mention any request or customs to take into account in the class
